The project is located in Jiancaoping District of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The park covers an area of 95 hectares and will become the largest civic activity park in the south of Taiyuan, with a huge capacity of urban leisure and recreation activities. It is the ecological portal for its northern ecological demand of the city, to improve the completion of Taiyuan recreation system. The design fully focused on its land texture, history and urban development of the site, in cooperation with nurseries within the site, organically integrates the function of urban leisure and recreation, builds a multi-dimensional and multi-system three-dimensional ecological recreation system, and strives to activate the urban vitality with the boundary, to create the core ecological vitality with the rain and flood management system, and to reconstruct the thematic leisure space with the eight themes. Each theme space solves different ecological problems, thus carrying different recreational content, and finally becomes a leisure tourism destination in the southern part of the city, which is based on its ecology impacts as well as the form of the "PU" as the design language.
项目位于山西太原市南部后花园的尖草坪区，公园占地面积达95公顷，将会成为太原市南部最大的市民活动公园，具有巨大的城市休闲游憩活动承载力。从城市形象需求来说，是北部生态形象门户，从生态需求来说，是北部生态格局的重要一环，从游憩功能来说，是完善完成太原游憩系统的重要节点。设计充分研究了场地肌理、历史、和城市发展脉络，确认了以圃造园，有机融合城市休闲游憩功能，建造多维度多系统立体型的生态型游憩体系，力求以边界激活城市活力、以雨洪管理系统缔造核心生态活力水岸、以八大主题圃园重构主题休闲空间。最终形成了漫水公园、活力公园、植物公园、流韵公园、绿丘公园、蓝谷公园、望野公园、林地公园等八大主题空间。每一主题空间解决不同生态问题，从而承载不同游憩内容，最终成为以生态为基地，以圃为肌理，以生态游憩为目标的城市南部休闲旅游目的地。
